Ontario Lacrosse Association — 2026 Season
The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) invites vendors to apply for inclusion in the OLA Approved Vendor Program for the 2026 season.
This program provides a vetted list of approved vendors, maintained through a public, live OLA Approved Vendor Directory that is updated regularly as vendors are approved. Only vendors listed on this directory are permitted to operate at OLA Invitational Tournaments and OLA Special Events.
Who Should Apply
The OLA welcomes applications from businesses interested in providing products or services that enhance the experience at lacrosse events.
We encourage applications from vendors whose offerings appeal to players, families, and spectators of all ages, and that contribute positively to a safe, inclusive, and family-friendly event environment.
Applicants should be able to provide details about their business, products or services, and meet all OLA vendor requirements as part of the application process.
Terms
Approved vendors will be included in the OLA Approved Vendor Program for the 2026 season and must meet all OLA requirements, including submission of required documentation and proof of insurance.
Approved vendors are required to pay an annual $300 OLA Approved Vendor Fee, which permits participation at OLA Invitational Tournaments, subject to space availability and approval by tournament coordinators.
Participation in OLA Special Events is optional and may include additional requirements, approval processes, and event-specific fees.
Vendors are responsible for obtaining any required municipal permits, licences, or approvals necessary to operate at OLA events and tournaments.
