Apply Now: Approved Vendors
The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) is accepting vendor applications for the 2026 season.
All vendors participating in OLA Invitational Tournaments or OLA Special Events must be approved by the OLA prior to attending. The approval process is an important part of ensuring that vendors are properly vetted and that all products, services, activations, and apparel offered at OLA events are appropriate for a youth sport and family-focused environment.
The Approved Vendor Program helps protect the integrity of OLA events by reviewing vendor offerings, insurance requirements, business information, and overall fit before vendors are permitted to operate. For 2026, vendors may apply through either the full OLA Approved Vendor Program or the Single Event Vendor option for one Invitational Tournament only.
The Approved Vendor Directory is a public, live resource used by tournament coordinators and OLA event organizers across the province. Participation in events is subject to availability, approval, and applicable event fees.
Who Should Apply
The OLA welcomes applications from businesses that offer products, services, or experiences suited to a youth sports and family-focused event environment.
This includes vendors whose offerings appeal to players, families, and spectators, such as food and beverage providers, lacrosse equipment and accessory retailers, apparel and custom merchandise vendors, health and wellness or athletic recovery services, photography and media providers, interactive experiences and kids’ activities, and local or community-based businesses.
All products, services, and activations must be appropriate for the OLA event environment. Apparel and custom merchandise must be submitted for approval prior to sale, and vendors are only permitted to offer approved products and services at events.
Terms
1) OLA Approved Vendor Program
The OLA Approved Vendor Program is intended for vendors interested in participating in multiple Invitational Tournaments and/or OLA Special Events throughout the season.
Approved Vendors are listed on the official OLA Approved Vendor Directory and receive access to vendor opportunities throughout the season. The program also includes centralized vendor coordination and communication support through the OLA.
The $300 annual Approved Vendor Program fee supports the administration of the program, including vendor application review, business and insurance verification, product and service approval, directory management, vendor vetting, tournament coordination, and ongoing support throughout the season. The program helps ensure that all participating vendors have been properly reviewed and approved to operate within a youth sport and family-focused event environment.
Approved Vendors are eligible to attend Invitational Tournaments and OLA Special Events, subject to event availability, organizer approval, and applicable event-specific vendor fees.
2) Single Event Vendor Option
The Single Event Vendor Option is intended for vendors interested in attending only one OLA Invitational Tournament during the season.
Single Event Vendors are approved for participation at one Invitational Tournament only and are not added to the OLA Approved Vendor Directory. Single Event Vendors are not eligible to participate in OLA Special Events.
Single Event Vendors are subject to the applicable tournament vendor fee, generally $300 per event, plus a one-time $75 administrative fee. The administrative fee supports the review and approval process, including vendor vetting, business and insurance verification, and administrative coordination for the event.
Should a Single Event Vendor later decide to participate in additional events during the season, the $75 administrative fee may be credited toward the $300 annual Approved Vendor Program fee.
