Ontario Lacrosse Association – 2026 Season

The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) is seeking Digital & Social Media Interns for the 2026 season. These volunteer positions provide hands-on experience supporting social media and digital content across OLA leagues and events.

This opportunity is ideal for mature high school or post-secondary students interested in gaining real-world experience in sports media, communications, and digital content creation.

Interns will work closely with OLA staff and league leadership to support the digital presence of OLA leagues and events throughout the season. Responsibilities will include creating and scheduling graphics, assisting with game and event coverage, and helping maintain active and engaging social media accounts. In many cases, templates will be provided to help streamline content creation.

This role is perfect for students who are creative, organized, reliable, and passionate about sports and storytelling through digital media.

What You’ll Gain

Applicants apply directly through the Ontario Lacrosse Association and may indicate which leagues or programs they are most interested in supporting. As part of the application process, candidates will be asked to share examples of their work and complete a short creative exercise.
