Ontario Lacrosse Association — 2026 Season

The Ontario Lacrosse Association (OLA) is inviting photographers and digital content creators from across Ontario to apply for inclusion in the OLA Approved Photographers & Content Creators Directory.

This directory will serve as a trusted resource for the OLA, its member clubs, leagues, and OLA-sanctioned tournaments and events to connect with local creators who are vetted and approved to work within OLA environments.

Contributors included in the directory may be contacted by OLA staff, leagues, clubs, or event organizers when coverage opportunities arise.

Who Should Apply

The OLA welcomes applications from individuals who are passionate about capturing the game of lacrosse and sharing it through digital media.

This includes:

• Portfolio-building photographers and creators looking to gain experience in sports coverage

• Content creators with experience producing short-form video for social media platforms

• Semi-professional photographers or videographers covering sports and events

• Professional sports photographers and videographers

Applicants should be able to provide examples of their work as part of the application process.

Terms

Approved photographers and content creators will be included in the OLA Approved Directory for the 2026 season, with opportunities to remain in the directory for future seasons.

If selected, contributors will be expected to follow OLA policies related to privacy, conduct, and media usage, and to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining expectations and responsibilities.

In some cases, contributors may be asked to complete a Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector) depending on the nature of the role or event. Any such requirement would be discussed in advance.
