Minor Box Tournament Registration Opens March 2

Ontario Lacrosse has released details for the 2026 Minor Box Invitational Tournament registration process, with applications set to open beginning Monday, March 2.

The complete list of 2026 Minor Box Invitational Tournaments is now available. Clubs are encouraged to review the listing in advance and prepare for registration based on their division’s scheduled opening time.

Updated Registration Format

Effective for the 2026 season, and following approval of an amendment to OLA Regulation MR7.14 at the Annual General Meeting, tournament registration will open using a staggered, division-based schedule. This approach has been implemented to support a more balanced and manageable registration process across all divisions.

Registration Requirements

The following procedures apply to all Minor Box tournament registrations:

  • Registration will not be permitted prior to the designated date and time for each division.

  • Teams selected for entry will have 72 hours to confirm participation and submit payment.

  • All tournaments will offer Peloton as a payment option, in addition to Interac e-Transfer (EMT) or cheque.

Registration Schedule

Registration will open at 7:00 PM on the following dates:

  • U7 – Monday, March 2

  • U9 – Tuesday, March 3

  • U11 – Wednesday, March 4

  • U13 – Thursday, March 5

  • U15 – Friday, March 6

  • U17 – Saturday, March 7

  • U22 – Sunday, March 8

  • Girls Box – Sunday, March 8

We encourage all clubs to review the tournament listing in advance and ensure they are prepared to register at their division’s scheduled opening time.

We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we implement this updated process for 2026 and look forward to a successful tournament season.
