FIELD DIAGRAM
The women’s field is marked to support clear gameplay, positioning, and officiating. The standard playing surface is 110 metres by 60 metres, with defined offensive and defensive ends, a centre draw circle, and a restraining line that separates players during draw procedures.
Key markings include the 8-metre arc, 12-metre fan, and the goal circle, all of which shape shooting space, defensive positioning, and how play moves around the crease. These markings outline where players can initiate scoring attempts, how defenders must position themselves, and where officials apply key rules such as shooting space and free-position starts.
This diagram shows the standardized layout used across Ontario, providing players, coaches, and officials with a clear reference for field dimensions, required markings, and the overall structure of the women’s outdoor game.
